Data controllers

The joint data controllers are Mr Thomas Chabrol and Mr Evgeny Sharypin, on behalf of Sereno.

Data collected

Only the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form is collected:

• your name;
• the name of your driving school;
• your email address;
• the content of your message.

No other data is collected without your knowledge.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used for the sole purpose of handling and answering your enquiry. Processing is based on your consent, collected via the form's checkbox, which you may withdraw at any time.

Retention period

Your data is kept for a maximum of 12 months from your last exchange with us, then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is strictly reserved for the Sereno team. It is not passed on to any third party and is never resold or used for commercial purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of and port your data.

To exercise these rights, send us your request through the contact form. We answer within one month at the latest.

Complaints

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the competent supervisory authority in France.
